Kate Turner

Kate Turner first became interested in Massotherapy when she was just in middle school. Even at such a young age, she realized that the world needed to slow down and “chill,” thus began her journey into the field.

After acquiring her associate’s degree from the Ohio College of Massotherapy, Kate sought out more training in Myofascial Release and Precision Neuro Musculartherapy. Kate initially entered the field for the spa side of business, but has grown to appreciate the therapeutic side as well. In the future, she hopes to explore different types of energy therapy, specifically Reiki.

A self-described empathetic and caring person, to this day Kate finds the most rewarding part of her job helping make her clients’ problems disappear – if only for the hour they are employing her services. Outside of her job, Kate finds solace by enjoying art in her spare time, specifically drawing, writing, reading, and live music.

Renee Lee

According to Renee Lee, there is “no better job” than that of working in the beauty industry. An open-minded, friendly, considerate individual, Renee’s favorite part of her job is helping clients relax and focus on themselves; helping them escape the stresses of daily life. She loves meeting new people, getting to work with them one-on-one, learning about their lives, and watching them leave the salon feeling more wonderful than when they entered.

Focusing on skin, massage, and nails, Renee studied at the National Beauty College, Carnegie Institute of Integrative Medicine, and Akron Beauty School, respectively. She continues to advance her skills through educating herself about new products and procedures. Renee is always looking to learn more about her fields in order to enhance her clients’ experiences.

Outside of the salon, Renee enjoys traveling, the great outdoors, and especially cherishes spending time with her son and husband.

Joni Scheetz

Because of the natural gravitational pull she felt towards nail art and the artistic freedom she experienced during Vocational School, becoming a Nail Technician always seemed second nature to Joni Scheetz. Having trained in an array of techniques such as acrylic nails, silk fiberglass nails, Shellac, manicures, pedicures and gel nails, Joni is passionate about continuous education and growth.

Joni finds everyday at the salon exciting and enjoys the variety every client brings. In the future, she would like to master the skill of LCN nails. When Joni isn’t pampering her clients, you can find her boating, golfing, exercising, or croqueting.
