For Sue Lees, two talents resound throughout her life; her aptitude for art and design, as well as her understanding of business. After attending college for two years, Sue learned to follow her instincts and left to enroll in Gerber Beauty School. There, she was able to harness her skills in both business and design. She thrives on solving problems and understands the importance of self evolvement by saying, “A hairstylist must always have their mind open to creating individual styles that reflect her guest’s personality … teaching the guest to understand and recreate their style.”
Sue takes her passion for creativity outside of the salon and puts it to good use by sewing, painting, and has recently taken to motorcycling and camping. Sue feels grateful to be in profession where she can be not only a hairstylist, but an artist as well.
